Antal India launches Antal Certification Programme

Antal International India, a leading global executive recruitment firm launched its unique, first of its kind, Antal Certification Programme on August 25, 2015.

India’s recruitment industry potential is huge and fragmented. There are very few organised players, entry barriers are minimal and there are negligible standards of service delivery that cuts across the industry.

The industry also sees a huge attrition and even though many person-hours are spent identifying, attracting and training staff, lack of clear career progression, retention strategies, half-hearted investments in training and development, pushes the trained personnel to join Corporate HR.

It is this context that has led to the idea and execution for the Antal Certification Program. The objective of the premium certification programme is to bring best practices within global recruitment to Antal’s staff locally. Such a certification programme will give Antal’s consultant a distinct advantage in the market they specialize in.  One of the key reasons for this programme is to positively impact the industry’s overall service delivery standards.

The program is aimed at certifying types of roles staff play in our business. The current Certification programme covers Certification for:

  4. Experienced Producer
  5. Big Biller
