Why did you choose recruitment franchise business?

What are the good things about working in the recruitment industry?
One gets to partner with a client company to write their growth story, which in itself is an enriching journey. Also within which are many aspects like Network development, Knowledge enhancement, Enrichment of sales and talent hiring acumen.
How did you hear about Antal International? And what made you pick Antal of all the choices you had?
I got to know about Antal when I was researching for International firms setting up operations in India.Antal was one of the firms that I shortlisted amongst the other firms that I was exploring to partner with as Antal was fairly new in the Indian markets whilst being a large player globally.
How were your initial days in the business? What are the challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?
Being the second office in India, there were a few hiccups initially in terms of kick-starting the operations; however things were ironed out within no time as the Team in Antal was extremely proactive and supportive.
How is your business functioning now? When did you make your first placement?
Business is growing consistently and do see a potential to grow exponentially in the coming years.We did our first placement in the 3rd month after joining Antal.
What are your plans for the next years?
Double the team size and triple the business revenue

What is the key advice you would give to other prospective franchisees that are considering this kind of self-employment?

What keeps you motivated to do the same job every day?
I agree “Same job” is indeed boring.. Thank god I don’t have one nor we offer one (job)..Recruitment is Entrepreneurship and In Recruitment, everyday is another new day which is unique filled with New client prospecting, New Leads, New conversations, new interactions, New learning, New mandates, New Interviews, New offers, New joinings, New Invoices, New collections, New incentives, New pay checks, new parties, new celebrations…and the list is endless!!! How can it be boring when every day has so much variety…and everyday is unique in itself.
How do you balance your professional & personal life?
I strongly believe, promote, educate and practice work life balance.. Work hard and Play hard.. One life..Earn..to live it.. is my mantra

- My family – My wife Prathima is a passionate Educationist; I have 2 children, Prerna (10 Yrs) and Siddhanth (3 Yrs).
